In order to ensure the sustainability of Basis Cash given our dwindling CDF, team compensation will be reduced effective June 1.
✳️ Overall cost to the CDF will be reduced by 65% under the new compensation plan:
Dev team
- Morty 6K (previously 10K)
- qa1q 4K
- chliu 4K
- Budget for an additional solidity dev 4K
Operations
- 韦恩-Wayne 0K (previously 3K)
Marketing
- yyctrader 3K (previously 8K)
- Mr. Dao 2K (previously 3K)
In addition, since the vested BAS buys for the core team were never carried out, those incentives have been forfeited.
